    The past week has been fun and stressful. We have officially booked all of our hotels and have an itinerary for the two weeks! For the most part. Phew! We are now, as girls, concerned about what to bring... and how many suitcases we should limit ourselves to. I mean, we have to bring back gifts. :)

    I grew up with a mother who was VERY outgoing (I know where I get it from), and who was always asking ...

    After finding out that we were recipients to the Fund For Teachers grant, we were heard round the world (including Switzerland) screaming. We were/are in shock, disbelief, awe, thankful, and EXCITED!
    Being the planners that we are we started finalizing dates, buying tickets, and planning hotel stays. Once we booked the tickets, it became more real.... Maybe because I (personally) had to make sure that I had sitters/daycare lined ...

    ... much $$$. :-) On Thursday we rode a trail that runs from Chesterton to Hobart. Pretty nice trail, but lots of cross roads. We came back to camp, rested and the went out again for a little 9 miles jaunt around the neighborhood. Total miles for the day: 29.5. FRIDAY (August 1st) - this was our travel day to Cable, WI with the McFaddens. We got up at 6, thinking we could be hooked up, tanks dumped and out of Dunewood by 6:30. ...
