      Another gem in our National Parks system, Steamtown tells the story of the role that steam railroading played in the development of our country. The park occupies 40 acres of the Scranton, Pennsylvania railroad yard of the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad, once one of the largest rail yards in the country.
