By buying our bus tickets in advance we had hoped to save time in the morning. However, we were given open tickets and told that we needed to be at the bus station an hour before departure time. ... cars and trucks to drive over, but when I stepped on them they would move and wobble. I dont know how the bridge doesnt collapse with the weight of trucks. Anyway at the border I met some other backpackers heading to Bocas so we shared a van for 1hr to the ferry terminal, and then a boat to Isla Colon.

... to get a good cup of coffee in panama. We then saw the dry process of the bean, which is natural in a kind of green house. We headed back to the main building which for me was the real highlight. Because the farm only deals in small but high quality beans the owner can't afford to buy the equipment that other coffee farms have so he's designed and made his own from all sorts of jeep parts to house hold guttering to boilers.
