Our first date back in Ohio! Our jump was only 17 miles this morning which was luxurious compared to the jump across New York a few days ago. The lot is right on the water and within walking distance of a few diners/cafes.

As soon as we parked, John and I walked down to the marina where we hoped to find a restaurant open for breakfast. Alas, there was no such thing, but we met a nice cat who was hanging out on a large rock, watched some boats go into ...

    Last day in Pennsylvania!

My memories of being here last year involve us being driven around by a new-to-the-force policeman in his brand new patrol car. We took the time to drive by their former home, had lunch at the Crow's Nest ...

We were off to a soggy start as we drove in heavy rain, lightening, and wind. Dan decided since we were in no hurry, and only going as far as Ashtabula area today, we would take the scenic drive through downtown Cleveland and through East Cleveland. Nothing made me want to grab my camera! Chilling tonight and meeting up with friends we met in Florida that have a B & B nearby. We ...

... food markets. Friday we spent most of the day cooking for the wedding celebration for Adam and Cristina. Arthur and Karen's three older children arrived Friday evening (Amanda, Mitchell, and Nick). Saturday was the celebration at a local park. All went well until around 5 pm. Then every ones cell phones went off as well as the sirens at a nearby golf course. A tornado warning. Looking north the sky was ...
