... then we saw a bride and attendants in front of First Lutheran Church and a few minutes later a bride and some friends were walking down the street - didn't see where they were coming from or going to. Interesting. On the way out of town we saw another wedding.

The churches in the downtown area were beautiful. We finally saw a Presbyterian church. It was the first Presbyterian church that we've seen in all the towns/cities we've visited. Glad to know ...

Decided to leave early so I would miss thundershowers predicted for Wednesday. Very pretty day. Stopped in St Cloud to see some gardens. Silly me, I had already seen them and even though they were free I did not stay. I plan to get to Miles City, Montana tomorrow. ...

    Day 28. Monday 22 June 2015
We visited the museum and toured the fort. It even had a library. Linton was impressed by the size of the bunks for the soldiers but alas they had slept 2 to a bed. ... but the most recent sign had said 7 miles, and none of the distances added up! As we pulled in, Dave’s rear tire went flat. So we spent 15 minutes changing the tire and stretching out. Rodney checked in on his way to Ashby, then we rode out again. The last however many miles – it turned out to be 8 miles – were harder, as the trees and cuts dropped away, and we were exposed to the stiff headwinds again. But it was still pretty countryside, ...

    Detroit Lakes, MN

Traveled to Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. We are staying overnight at Forest Hills RV Resort. The resort is located on a nice golf course. Unfortunately, the golf course is maintained with Toro and Jack equipment.

On our way to Detroit Lakes, we explored some of Minnesota's 10,000 lakes. We seen a lot of water fowl but that was really the extent of wildlife we encountered.

Chilled out the rest of the day.

    Happy Trails,
