    One final beach

A travel blog entry by patelfamily on May 29, 2015

As it was mums birthday we decide to get up and exchange presents, then go to the beach like mum has been wanting to do for ages. The satellite navigation screeched 'arriving at destination of left' and sure enough we were. As we scrambled down the slope towards the pebbly beaches. We walked along the beach till we were along way ...

Today was mum's birthday. We made her breakfast and gave her a few presents we had bought on our trip. I have her a pair of Murano glass flower earrings. Then we headed to a small beach on the east coast called Duga Uvala. The beach had beautiful turquoise sea and a rocky beach. The water was much warmer than other days, but I still got cold quickly. We went snorkelling and saw lots of fish. Then I laid on the rocks to get ...

We saw all the sea urchins, a very, very big sea cucumber ( father ...

... more extreme obstacles. The final course was 10 metres off the ground and was more challenging, and really got your heart pumping. I loved all of it, I couldn't choose a favourite! One of the best was the zip lines that were 113 metres long and one of the zip lines took you back down to the ground so you had to run along as you landed and try to stay on your feet. After we had completed all the obstacles the owner of the park offered to order pizza for us. ...

... raised up in the air. Jacob had to pull a handle to release us and then we shot down and swung back and forth. It was kind of freaky and you left your tummy at the top, but it was awesome! We sat and ate our pizzas. They were really good. After lunch we went back on the high ropes courses again. It was one of the best days. I didn't think I would like it at first but then I loved ...
