... the local Shriners are running our show, selling the tickets, and taking the tickets at the gate. My official job title in Mountain Home is "Stroller Stopper". I am doing my part to keep our tent safe from errant strollers that are not allowed inside because of fire regulations per the fire marshal. So far today, that meant one stroller per show. Whew! It’s a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it…

... stopped Crowley's Ridge Nature Center only to find out they were closed on Mondays. So back on the road we were. We stopped for gas in the town of Harrisburg. Shane got a baskin robins and a got a little sweet treat for myself too. Then we stopped at Lake Poinsett State Park, originally we planned to stay there for the night, but since it was so early in the day we decided to continue down the road. ... OK, there are some strange names of towns in Arkansas...I suppose there are many in other states too, but I'm in Arkansas at the moment so here goes; Toadsuck; and my favorite Flippin, Arkansas. The headline in the paper today was "Problem with the Flippin Schools." Now that thar is funny!

So another day of adventure. We are exhausted.
