      ... he can't hear me over the waves. Finally I see his red shirt and I breathe a sigh of relief. He has a grin on his face saying it looked pretty cool but he managed to drop his lens cap into the water.

      ... skies certainly made up for it. We had to drive on busy limited access 4-lane for about 15 minutes before it started to give way to a regular 4-lanes, and to other roads as we got lined up on Route 26, an improved 2-lane that would take us from Barrie to Owen Sound, then turn north on Route 6. The route takes one around the bottom of Georgian Bay. It is a part of Lake Huron, but separated partially by the Bruce Peninsula. The spot is very attractive ...

      ... back to the cabin. We have discovered there is a lot of curiosity from outsiders with this place. Boats will drive by real slow and the people stare in. There are more people on the lake today with it being Friday. Plus the weather was perfect...hot and sunny. Several boats tie up around the island. No one bothers us though, so let them enjoy the area too. They just better watch out for airsoft bullets ...

      ... sun is trying hard to come out. It did succeed around 4 PM. Just in time for a mean game of airsoft. Nothing says family vacation like moms against boys in a airsoft war!
