Our last stop is Blanchard Springs Caverns. We get there in time for the last tour of the day.
Our fishing guides arrived at 7:30 AM, which translated that we had to get up early. We all had to bundle up since the temperature was in the fifties-- brrrr--ordinarily not bad weather but it was chilly on the river! Jim & I fished with Kevin & Roger & JC fished with Lou. ... cranberry/feta cheese spinach salad. All of that would have been sufficient, but Shane grilled steaks & salmon for us too. Add to that a medley of fresh vegetables & grilled new potatoes. But wait... You can't have a meal like that without dessert! Shane served us angel food cake topped with lemon curds, whipped cream & strawberries .
