      Today started off as a lazy, at home, day and ended with a few delightful surprises. We spent the morning reading and snacking and lounging. Then came our first pleasant surprise.       ... and behold, their Sunday special was a Kentucky Hot Brown. Windy Corner was everything it was cracked up to be. A corner grocery style building and layout in the middle of horse country.
