Lyndonville would not be on my list of 10 best places to visit. The town's diner was good, however, even if "Weightwatchers" could grossly increase its membership with minimum effort. No, it was not the best place in the world, but the post office was handy.

The elevator situation is rough as there is ONE and its manually operated by one guy so we ended up just walking up the stairs a few times. The drive from Bar Harbor, Maine to Conway, New Hampshire was a lovely and short drive. All along the way, we saw the leaves at various stages of closing up shop for the winter.
