Today was another full day at Yellowstone. This place just gets more and more incredible, the more you see. Today's adventures and sights were very different than yesterday's. We started with a gorgeous drive north where we made a couple quick stops before our ultimate destination of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Along the drive, we saw an entire herd of Bison grazing on a hillside. They are so fun to look ...

... for a few seconds, then the pool would retreat to it's calm and serene state, giving no clue that another geyser burst was building up underneath. It seemed that not many people took this route and I could enjoy the pools and geyser by myself, something that is very rare as Yellowstone is busy this time of year. I continues along the path, heading back to the start of the trail, when suddenly I was startled by, and made to jump out of my skin, by ...

... something pretty amazing to see. My favorite part was the golf cart chauffeur service from your car to the visitor center. We skipped going into the visitor center, but if you wanted to learn more about the dam, that is an option too.

We had to drive through a little bit of east Yellowstone on our way to Signal Mountain and the Tetons, so we stopped off at the West Thumb Geyser Basin to walk along the boardwalk and check out the boiling ...
