    ... Sebastian." Plus the police directed us across the street from it since there really was not a crosswalk. We googled it later to find out that it (the sculpture) was a gift from Mexico to the US, and is considered the "Antorcha de la Amistad". If Mexico gives you a friendship gift then you can't really refuse it, right? Especially if it is 65 feet tall and weighs more than 45 tons.
