Not for the faint hearted, but loved every minute. The staff are awesome (Alan and Lorna).

We get picked up from the bus station by Alan running the Gagaju camp for our Everglades tour. On the bus is a German couple and two amazing girls from Scotland Lauren & Robyn.
Alan first took us to 'Woolworths' not the one that went broke back home but a supermarket to stock up on our meals we would be making for our 3 night stay.

We've had an interesting few days since last time we blogged. Probably got as close to living wild as Aimee would like, camping on the Noose everglades. We were picked up from one of Australia's most affluent areas, Noosa, by the most stereotypical Aussie bloke you'd ever meet. His name was Alan and he was to be our guide for the next couple of …

Blog week 3 De weken vliegen voorbij. We hadden drie …

    Day 12 - Fraser Island

We were up before the sun. It rained most of the night, but the morning was dry but overcast. Quick breakfast and we headed to the end of Inskip Point which is where the barges leave for the 10 minute trip across to Fraser. Got to the end of the road and there is several hundred metres of soft looking sand to cross to the water edge where the ba...
