Louis Fauchere, Swiss born, is the Founder of the Inn and was a Master Chef at Delmonicos in New York. Delmonicos was famous for the Lobster Newburgh recipe and of course Delmonico steaks.       ... desserts can you eat? Well, I'm still trying to figure that out. We took a couple pictures and quickly found out that was a no-no. Security watched as Jim deleted them from his phone. But they missed one. :-) Then back to the slots and we won a few more dollars. When we left we had full tummies, had some fun, and had more cash in our pockets than when we went in. All in all, a good night.
