happens at 7:30 here. We can see lights and heat lightning over on
the south rim; that was us just a couple of nights ago. The bats
have started their nightly rounds and the blackness here is amazing,

After we ate and settled down, chris said "this is our bonding time." Too cute. Reading a twisted book and was really freaked out last night and had trouble getting to sleep. Kept thinking someone was in the RV... Which reminds me of when Tommy fell off the bed and Josh thought a bear was attacking us.. Haha. ...
... but not like the sunset. Someone mentioned that the sunset was extra special because of the full moon that rose as the sun set.
We took the kids back to the rim later in the morning to take pics and to let them climb down on a cliff they wanted to climb (my heart stopped beating till they got back up – you'll see the pictures and understand why).
