    ... awake which was good cause we had a busy afternoon ahead of us! So I got out into the hoop house and started getting rid of the remaining bok choy and womboks. The ones that weren't good went to the chickens and the other ones got washed and put into the cooler for vegetable boxes and for us to eat too!     ... and stomped everywhere when I had to carry the chicken water? Well, not anymore! I can successfully carry it with two hands up close to my body without stomping and running as fast as possible because of the weight! Yeah! Such good progress! After filling up the chicken feed Deb went off to a meeting so Sarah and I just chilled out for a while and then about 6pm we drove down to Quamba Lake and Sarah went for a swim and I just sat by the water.     ... started unloading the bales of straw and putting it into water tanks. The purpose of this is to soak the straw for about 6 days so it'll be nice and mushed down! We then collected the weeds again through the asparagus and rhubarb and then Jim starting hauling the wood chips to us and we mulched the entire garden. It didn't take as long as we thought, but it was hard work! It looks amazing now. No more jungle of weeds that are taller than you!! :) it's also a great feeling to have a ...

    ... but that was intense! I then did the chicken chores and then later on in the evening Jim weed whacked the rows where we had flagged so he wouldn't run over the asparagus and rhubarb and then we went through the rows and picked up as much of the torn up weeds as possible.
