... have an amazing view from Colline du Chateau. On saturday (November 28) we had sunshine and 19 degrees (end of November) and I was even swimming in the sea (15 gegrees), on sunday, November 29 we had rain and thunderstorms so that caused a delay of the plane of three hours. Best breakfast in town you find in "Les pains a tables" close to the market. Nice is a city I´d love to visit once a year minimum.....

Tout a commencé avec un train de nuit en retard de 50 minutes...Pour sauver de l'argent, on a pas pris les couchettes mais que les sieges inclinage. Bon, il faut avouer que ce n'est pas vraiment comfortable, et il faut de la pratique pour dormir la dedans.

On s'est quand même rendu bien fatigué à Nice. En arrivant à l'hotel apres 15 minutes de marche, il nous renseigne qu'il a eu un dégat d'eau ...

... at the Monte Carlo Casino. Mark was super keen on feeling like James Bond. He so wishes he was James Bond. It is kind of odd because once you are in the casino it is really quiet and not busy at all. Mark won about 300 euro so we were happy.

We checked out the start and finish line of the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix, along with the famous hairpin turn. Even the locals fang it around that corner.

... while she tries things on. Dani even splashed out on some gor-ge-ous black boots, on sale mais oui, they are so pretty, she wants to name them! As she decided to be smart and send them home rather than ruining them, she gave them a quick kiss goodbye and can't wait to return to her new European wardrobe. She's totally building a little winter collection for 2010 and beyond! Very excited to go somewhere, have someone compliment her and say 'oh thanks, but I got it in France!'.

Nice, Provence, France dan-and-dee

Vandaag doen we de canyon samen met Renzo.

We hebben hem niet zo heel veel gezien deze week, maar vandaag trekken we er met ons drieën op uit om de Imberguet te gaan doen.

Bedoeling was om tijdens deze canyon ook wat reddingstechnieken te oefenen, maar uiteindelijk zijn we er niet aan toe gekomen.

... zijn van allemaal, hij biedt wel de mogelijkheid om een aantal technieken zoals het aanleggen van looplijntjes,... te oefenen.

Verder is er nog een ander groepje net voor ons de canyon in getrokken, we zullen hen nog een aantal maal tegenkomen in het verder verloop van de canyon.

Op een bepaald moment blijkt dat er ergens een foutje in de topo zit... We komen aan een rappel en weten niet of ...

Hung out with Kaisa in her swanky apartment, sharing a bottle of wine, then had dinner at a Lebansese restaurant, then had drinks at the Martinez (where we saw Rodrigo Santoro - Neens, I know you're jealous). Made our way back to our hotel in Nice at a respectable 2 am hour. Not bad for one day, right? Next up, more of Nice, Monaco, and chillin' on our hotel terrace....

... depths of 30 feet you could see the bottom as clear as the ground we were walking on. Filled with excitement Robby and I swam out to the cliff on the east side where there was a cave and, in the end, a 8-10 meter Cliff i climbed to jump off. Such a rush. I live for those kind of moments. We took the night train out of there and I did Not get anything stolen from me this time so thats good, and what we came to next is almost to grand to describe... but i Will try anyway..................
