A really well designed RV park. Plenty of space, utilities are in the right place, staff is eager to please, the scenery around the park is expansive. What's not to like?

Great trip down Route 93 to Ely. Passed the "Loneliest Road in America", Route 50, but this has got to be a competitor. Except for spectacular geography, not much along this route, unless you have an ATV that can take you up the dirt roads into the foothills where there seems to be a lot of mines, most of them abandoned.

There's not a lot to be said for Nevada. We can put it in two words. Desert and casinos. We drove for 7 hours to get to Ely. It was a midway point for us on our way to Yosemite.

- 5:20 p.m. Finally arrived at the final destination for the night. 3 stops in one day is a lot. I got a sunburn while at the salt flats. Because of the burn I am more tired then usual.
- I am very excited to go to Las Vegas tomorrow, final fun stop. But I'm starting to miss home. Maybe staying at a hotel in a real bed will feel more like home.
