... had a long-awaited shower and lay in our king sized beds until dinner, where we went all out on some hot wings and enormous burgers. It was heavenly.
We've now made it out to Utah where we will be spending a week or so out in Zion National Park. I'm really excited to get back out hiking after a few days on buses and in hotels. Last night at dinner, Nick shouted out "give me what you got!" to a strawberry and rhubarb pie, so I think we've been in town long enough.

... pace, pretty challenged by the altitude increasing as well (I heard my ears pop!) We had a long lunch at the top to wait for everyone to summit and have a few dance parties before descending for a long time. The descent was absolutely stunning.
