We left early this morning at 3am as today is the biggest drive of the trip. We drove around 850 kms today. At around sunrise we were feeling hungry and were well into NSW. We stopped at a nice little town called Culcairn - the Oasis of the Riverina for some breakfast. We had some cereal and coffee sitting in a park opposite the old pub and across …

Did very little today and it was exhausting. We went to the Salvation Army Op Shop and Mick bought two more shirts, I picked up a couple of socks, then we went to the RSL, what a place it was huge. It did have some really good memorabilia from the different wars and some great photo's which told a story themselves.

They had three eating …

The Park catered so well to so many, it is incredible how every one fitted in, absolutely packed and yet good access to amenities. Well appointed amenities. Would recommend this place anytime. Very close to the places of interest, the free range zoo, observatory etc.

Nice and clean cp, the local aboriginal guy/caretaker was really nice and helpful, especially when we had to reverse the van into the site, next time we will get a drive thru.

Nice and close to the zoo and town of Dubbo.
