... 8211; the border control let us go through with no problem – ok so Gine was a little bit disappointed since she didn’t got a stamp in the passport… no big traffic jam in Vancouver and then we are on the ferry home, and as the day started out it was a nice sunny trip home. It’s nice to be back home again… but we will definitely become snowbirds again.
Another great day in Campbell River. Did an all day grizzly bear tour today where we went on a boat for 2 hours up to Bute Inlet on the mainland of British Columbia which is a prime viewing spot for grizzlies that come to the river as it's full of salmon at this time of year. We have never seen grizzlies so were really excited and the reviews for the tour company were amazing with people seeing lots of bears catching fish up ...
... the Salmon festival and Rich Is disappointed to find that the free salmon hasn't yet been cooked.
Nap time for the children back at the house. Emma swings in the hammock, and does a little more planning for the children's joint birthday party. It will be on Saturday 21st September in Oxted. Today's job was looking at the best part, the cakes.
