... and Daz was gutted we didn't see any sharks, but the scenery was absolutely stunning. Koh Tao is so tiny, we could walk the length of the island in an hour or so, but every inch of it was so beautiful, we were disappointed to have to leave for Koh Phangan on the Thursday.
I was originally going to do just one blog about all three islands (hence the massive gap after the last one), but it won't let me mark the different islands in one, so it'll be split up.

In Bangkok I got to meet my old friend John Anselmi from Pearl River HS and his wife Lisa who just came from their son Michael's wedding in Vietnam. We spend a day exploring Bangkok together. It was so nice to catch up with one of my best friends.
My kids still have a little more time in Thailand so we decided to go to the North to explore the Chiang Mai region which has rain forests, mountains and elephants.
