      ... the very park we stayed at! Actually though, the entire Lake of the Woods area in which Kenora is situated is lovely, a beautiful part of Ontario that has attracted vacationers and inspired artists for many years.

      Tomorrow we finally leave Ontario and head for Winnipeg.

      After 3 months staying at my brother's cottage In Sioux Narrows, Ontario we headed out today towards Eastern Canada. It was a busy time over the last 3 months while I assisted my family's with their health issues and Ken provided the brawn to assist my brother with cottage maintenance chores. The days are definitely getting colder here and we have to our little space heater going at night in the motorhome when the temperature has been down to 5 degrees Celsius. We are driving south ...

      ... Falls Hotel, a real hotspot on the lakes. Opened in 1913, it now belongs to the Park Service, who refurbished it in the 1980's using materials, hardware and fixtures to match the original building. We enjoyed being out on the water and getting to see more of this beautiful park before we head out tomorrow.

      This visit has been relaxing with cooking good breakfasts each morning instead of being on the run ...

      ... Shortly after that I got a text that the Dempsey/Hazelton family had landed in Toronto...now they have to get themselves up to Muskoka. Now that it is just the two of us and enough food to feed 5 people for the next 3 days...we managed to put in an 8 hour day and have landed at the KOA in Bemidji, Minnesota.
