We had a great time in Cortez, and it was good to see are old friends and make new ones. Everyone had such a good tIme we all agreed to meet up at the same place next year in May.

After sitting near a great fountain for a bit while she fed Emily, we sadly watched the three ...

Each and ever day possible I make my way from my home in The Village of Bonita out onto the streets and trails for a quick two hour trike ride. Yep, at 63 I have started riding a tricycle, well the adult version of a trike. Most days my ride consist of a steady 8 mile ride up and down hills to a break point where coffee and water and a quick rest are taken. Once the rest is over the trip continues for another 8 or so miles and I end up back at the start ...
