We left Vermont at 1pm to begin our 7 week journey. Heading to New York City to stay with a dear friend Will Robb.

Will has Saturday planned out - highlight include: seeing Dinosaurs at The Natural History Museum and riding on the subway!

... for my whining. Today we did a 7 km walk in Montpelier, Vermont. We took some time to tour the state capitol building along the way. The Vermont capitol is small but charming. Again we were very surprised at the complete lack of security. What a contrast to New York where they didn't want to let me in because I had a wine bottle opener. ... jeans back in the day.... Tonight we are in Plattsburgh, a little town right on the northern lakes of New York. Not a lot to report about Plattsburgh, but they have a lot of dog poop in their parks which has proven to be a hazard.
