Although it rained on an off today, we had another great day exploring the park. Today we headed northeast and stopped along the way to see the Buffalo Ranch with hundreds of bison and many other beautiful sights. The changing landscapes from dense forests, rolling hills of green, snow covered mountains, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, gorges, canyons, …

When we got out of the park ...and stopped at Silvergate for lunch...a small town ..log cabins, general store and cafe. A few bikers turned up for lunch also. The waiter was a bit grumpy .. Took our order ...and before all our lunches has arrived he said goodbye to us ...he had enough of the "*****" and was ...

Leaving for Yellowstone, we were full of excitement and anticipation, imagining what all we might see and experience.

Well, after about 2 hours on the road, and still about 2 hours from Yellowstone, Deena sheepishly mustered the courage to inform me that the battery in the camera had just died. We were both surprised and disappointed, as the battery charge indicator had just minutes ago indicated a 50% charge left. But, because of the fact ...
