we stayed two nights at the RV park. It is a car-park at the back of Circus Circus with good facilities. It does not claim to be anything it is not and the staff were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay there again

... construction. Mammoth, mostly completed structures some probably over 80%2525 compete that just ran out of money, some nearly 10 years ago. So hard to understand that some one got that far down the hope before they realised they weren't going to make it, also so hard to understand why no one has swooped in and picked up the buildings at a bargain price. Now back in the hotel, resting up, probably heading down for dinner later. Big day of helicopters and zip lining tomorrow ...

... to the very busy Interstate 93.
It is jointly named the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Bridge - Mike was Governor of Nevada 1971-1979 and Pat Tillman a football player who left his career with the Arizona Cardinals to enlist in the US Army and was killed. By friendly fire in Afghanistan .

after the cruise we did a little shopping and then had a great steak dinner at a restaurant called Steiners.
