We have reached the end of June and are now in Washington!

This morning, we walked about Sandpoint a bit before we left. It is a quaint little town of about 7,000 people that swells with tourists to the nearby lake in the short summer season. ... it turns out that there was a huge fire last week and that whole area across the lake burned. Apparently the burn area was somewhere around 8000 acres, wow! Our camping neighbors have a Jack Russell Terrier about the same age and size of Chuckie, they met and are having a great time together. Good, Chuckie will get some doggie friend exercise and socializing! The weather is nice, today in the low eighties with a nice breeze. Tonight is pasta ...
