Conference Day 1
... there. I wandered back to the car, the way I had come in and when I was only 100 metres from the car, I saw it on the ground leaning up on a rock! I had walked right over it on the way in and hadn't even seen it. I very thankfully picked it up albeit a bit wet from the night in the rain but still intact! I'm writing this and I still can't believe that I found it.
On the way back to the hotel, I drove out to the end of the Mumbles and took a photo of the lighthouse ...

... and lots of people had to move away to find other work. I think I read that there are now some oyster farms coming back but not in the commercial sense like they were a hundred years ago. Off to the conference tomorrow. I can see the university from my window. They told me that it's a 15 minute walk so depending on the day, I think I might do just that. Stay tuned ...
