Again the guys went fishing early this morning. I was generally enjoying my sleep-ins and lazy days. After breakfast I went for a walk along the beach. Today started off as another grey, overcast day. It was low tide. There were quite a few cars parked on the beach. I wonder how the guys were going with their fishing. So far, they have not had much …

Quietly, we creep up to him, and peek around the bush too. Right there, maybe 15m away are three White Rhino, one at least two ton! ... Zebra just off in the long grass and Vervet monkeys on ground and in trees. Went for walk to just before entrance gate, saw Kudu. Lovely to get out and walk and enjoy nature. Back to room. Diary. Photos may take a while to appear on earlier entries as I need wifi to transfer from iPad to blog (in any quantity). Wifi here but at cost so I will use up my data from Telstra first. Hopefully Durban will have free wifi. Transferring ...

... Wild Dogs. Saw Giraffe, Zebra, Monkey, Wildebeest (that were prancing and carrying on), Warthogs, Buffalo, mouse (yes, scampering across road in headlights) and a Lappet-Faced Vulture which is an animal of interest so had to log that. As sun came up, Axel played Lion King music on phone! Stopped at Mphafa hide and saw lots of birds near waterhole, canaries, dark-capped Bul Bul's. Axel said he had to close ...
