Again the guys went fishing early this morning. I was generally enjoying my sleep-ins and lazy days. After breakfast I went for a walk along the beach. Today started off as another grey, overcast day. It was low tide. There were quite a few cars parked on the beach. I wonder how the guys were going with their fishing. So far, they have not had much …

We drove for over an hour without seeing any animals in this vast park, and then came across a herd of Zebra walking down the road. They wandered off and five yards from the road they could not be seen. We ...

... into the park where wildebeest and zebra were grazing.
As it was so hot we decided to have an early lunch at the picnic spot overlooking Catalina Bay. The views across the water were astounding and we could see hippo and many waterbirds.
At another hide we watched a stork pick a frog out of the water, obviously his lunch!

Having booked for a cruise along the St Lucia estuary we went back to the apartment late afternoon for a rest ...
