... you just want to go, I wish I could just click my fingers and be home sometimes!

Once back in Austin, we walked back across the 'bat bridge' but it was dark and the bats had flown already, a shame we missed them but never mind, at least we saw the bats at Carlsbad Caverns.

Dinner at Aussie's which was ok and then back to the apartment to pack and prepare ourselves for being back on the road tomorrow.

No. I didn't get a letter from Hogwarts although that would have been cool. However, I did go to buy my first pair of cowboy boots and another for Shilpa. I walked into Allens Boots and my first reaction was Oh **** ! There were rows after rows with thousands of boots and I had no clue how to find a pair. I asked one of the guys about how to fit a shoe and he explained. And then he said very slowly in a very Texan ...

      Texas : done.

So we've spent the last two days in Texas, and I have to say, I don't have all that much to say about it. I suppose it's because we had a couple of long drives the past few days, and haven't had much time in each place ... But also because there's not that much to do in some places. I'm sure there are plenty things to do in Texas ...a state that size there's got to be ... we just didn't necessarily get to them. The day we left New Orleans ...
