Island Hopping in Venice
... quite welcoming with flowerpots on the windowsills. A number of shops are in a circle, and you can easily wander around for 1-2 hours just looking at all the bright colored houses. Even a venture down the side street will give you a rewarding view. There isn't much else to buy except lace and the usual tourist fare.

Venice Wandering
... reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower where you can see the city laid out in front of you. The unique thing about spending the money here is to get a really good picture of main Venice and the islands that lie around it. A bit windy, but worth the trip up. 12th & Disembarkation day of the Cruise
... seemed to be getting bigger and stronger for our last night at sea. We got ourselves ready and took off for dinner for the last time with our new friends at the restaurant …it was another lovely meal (although a very 'tame' one, I didnt feel like much and neither did Tracey) and we sadly made our way back to our rooms to complete our packing. Island city on the water
... and definitely different. For shopping there are millions of beautiful masks to choose from and many are made and decorated right there in the shop and are uniquely one of a kind collector items, Murano glass from the nearby island of Murano is gorgeous, colourful and just as plentiful as the masks and of course beautiful Italian leather shoes, gloves and bags seem very affordable here in these lovely old shops.
