OK so this is my first post on this site.
Here are our stats for today.
Left Oceanport at 8:45am and arrived in Sandusky, OH at 6:45pm.
We traveled 545 miles on I-80 and it was a long and hot ride.
Tomorrow is Chicago which is 250 miles, so an easy ride compared to today.

On again off again thunderstorms with limited visibility made me tense. Add to that the tunnel I had forgotten about on the Pennsylvania turnpikes made my shoulder muscles tense and sore. Lots of major slow ups for speeding tickets and tire changes "lookie loos". I did an early night with a hot shower to loosen up my ...

After a refreshing night at Walmart in State College, Pa, we made it to Grafton, OH which is just outside of Cleveland. We found the campground, right next to a house that apparently had a thing for hearses and after passing about 5 prisons. Nice! Really, the campground was, well, campy. There was an arcade, playground and nice lakes to swim ...
