... March. Boy was I wrong, as the vaporetti I was hoping to get on filled up and we had to wait a half hour for the next one. The funny thing that happened though., right after that vaporetti left, a private small boat pulled up to the dock - like a taxi and offered rides to people to Venice for 10 euros a head.
