... yet, so we headed down to the market we hadn't been at before. There weren't many stalls, but one woman talked our ear off about how much Avatar (yes, the movie, yes, the one where everyone is blue) effected her and her work, and how she felt the different vibrations from the different coloured threads she used to create her bracelets. She did some really nice work, but it wasn't speaking to us the way it apparently spoke to her.

We headed out this am in search of a few Christmas markets that I had found online before we left. We punched in the first address into the gps and we were on our way. A bit of a show and introductions in ...

We saw a canoe club testing out their beautiful wood canoes in the plantation lake. The zip lines were running, though with only a single zip liner. We had lunch on a previously inaccessible Island in the middle of the lake. Then, we had to hustle to return a rental car and make it to the airport for our ...

Maui was a bit soggy, but a sight for sore eyes nonetheless. The flight went quickly, with minimal turbulence despite hurricane Ana lurking in the area. We picked up our checked bag and rental car without a hitch, then went shopping. We loaded up on food at Down to Earth, A really nice health food market. Drove to Maui college to the swap meet, but it was nowhere to be found – probably canceled because of the expected bad weather. So we headed to the Kepaniwai County Park ...
