    Our penultimate day on the road saw us make our way to Panama City for a stop over at a beach resort.     ... in time change. I was so thankful that the time change happened on the drive home though and not on the way to Destin as I had originally thought. We also hit a lot of rain to the point where I could hardly see where I was going. It was bad. I was glad to make it home safe and sound after white knuckling the steering wheel for hours.

    ... conversation with a nice couple from Texas for long enough and continue to have your bartender refill your glass you won’t even notice you have had too many…until you try to stand up.     ... also getting eaten alive by a crazy sand fly.

    We decided to have dinner here at the Inn. The chef and food are supposed to be the best around and they certainly stood to that reputation! Jym had lamb and I had Grouper Vince. Both were fantastic. We also tried the portabella for an appetizer and a side of the 150 day old aged white cheddar truffled macaroni. Wow. We had no room for dessert though…sad ...

    ... wasn't the worst. Thanks to the hole in the ozone my skin was prepared. :) we had fajitas for supper. And tonight we pulled out the thrift shop clothes that we'd bought earlier in the trip. We all swapped and turns out I'd ended up with a kilt and matching tartan vest with a lovely orange shirt to go with it. The material made me ridiculously hot in the heat and I was seriously struggling. The sun had definitely taken it out of most of us so we all crawled into bed fairly ...
