... properly and not drowned in cheese - it was a pleasant surprise! The next day I got up early again with a packed lunch and headed to lago Carbugua on the bus, as it was still early it was very quiet and I found a small beach which was empty and stayed that way, when I eventually headed around the next rocky outcrop in search of shade I found the main beach crowded with families so I'd obviously been lucky with my choice of beach. We finished off the tour with a Pisco Sour shot. Given we only had a day, the tour was an excellent way to see the highlights of the city in just an afternoon.

The next morning we headed back to Santiago to start our Pachamamabybus tour!
