Got up early, Di wasn't feeling very well, flu got worse, loaded up the bike and set off about 10am. Di spotted a Harley store so we had to stop, Di got a bargain, nice brown leather belt on the reduced rack :) and I got a t-shirt. Continued on, sun is up, traffic not too bad, had to spot Nova Rd to take us across through Mormon country to St Cloud. In Kissimmee I was looking for a bar to get a drink but found a ice cream parlour instead lol mine ...

... always had a cord for the phone to reach so now we're talking about 3' 6" away from your belongings. So back to the phone call, as I'm starting to walk to take the phone from Terri she begins to yell at me. Yell that I am not to leave the bags unattended. ... after Jerry and I were married I told him of my desire to take T abroad. Having never been out of the country, Jerry had many reservations and concerns. In the evening Karie and Jean went to choir rehearsal. It was really nice seeing her friends and singing some really nice music that they will be sharing with their church.
Barry & Karie had planned to leave in the morning around six, but couldn't sleep (getting excited about finally getting home after six weeks), so they left around 1:30 a.m. We got back to Glen Allen at 2:50 p.m. - and no, we did not speed.

... the trail through the woods, but due to renovation work we could only go a short way. By now it was nearly sunset and the mosquitoes were out, so it was time to head back. This was obviously the best time to see some wildlife - a raccoon ran right across in front of us, and then we spotted an armadillo. Unfortunately Cliff's battery had just died on his camera, and I didn't have my zoom lens on ...
