Free time to explore the town and then we headed off to our hostel accommodation in the quaint town of Antibes. We were treated to a good supper and then free time before bed.

We started our walk at the Prince's Palace of Monaco and then weaved down the hillside across the harbor to the other side of the city. We stopped for crepes along the way for lunch. ... kind of idiot drives a motorcycle on the sidewalk, and they wondered what kind of idiot walks on the sidewalk when on the other side of the road is a big wide and famous pedestrian "Promenade des Anglais" by the sea. It was a very hopeless kind of walk, and both Anne and I were filled with worry about Grant and Katie. We said we would be back in about an hour, and we were now 2 1/2 hours gone.
