Today was a sort of travel day. We were heading from Estes Park to Georgetown on our way back to Denver, but a few little unplanned excursions turned it into a wonderful day.

Not that the days start was promising. When we woke up the mountains were covered in cloud, but while Ann was in the shower the cloud lifted and the snow covered …

... place to bring the kids, as long as we have a leash for Turner. When I mentioned that to Danielle, she said they always keep Turner on a leash :-). Saw small black and white birds, swooping and careening - either chimney swifts (whose wings are longer than their bodies) or tree swallows (white breast). They sure made me think of that song by Malcomb Dagleish about the swifts. I really enjoyed visiting this place, ...

Shannon and I have been so affected by the reality of not having our own space, our own place, our own "home". Since we have displaced ourselves from the physical form of these things, we have been embracing the spiritual realities. We have, because of all this, found home all over ...

I decided to get my hair cut short so it would be easier to maintain while we were traveling. I went with Chandler and had some girl time. We were so blessed to find a great salon that was reasonably priced - Mia and Maxx Hair Salon. The new manager cut my hair and we were able to talk about life and our trip. He was such a blessing. Thank you!

      until next time,
