Today was a sort of travel day. We were heading from Estes Park to Georgetown on our way back to Denver, but a few little unplanned excursions turned it into a wonderful day.

Not that the days start was promising. When we woke up the mountains were covered in cloud, but while Ann was in the shower the cloud lifted and the snow covered …

It seemed that everyone in Austin was a musician, everyone in DC a politician, consultant or lawyer, everyone in Boulder is working in health/mental health. It's an amazingly huge and diverse country, yet it seems more cohesive to me now. To be in one state in the morning, and two states over a day or two later, they really seem small parts of a whole.

Shannon and I have been so affected by the reality of not having our own space, our own place, our own "home". Since we have displaced ourselves from the physical form of these things, we have been embracing the spiritual realities. We have, because of all this, found home all over ...

I decided to get my hair cut short so it would be easier to maintain while we were traveling. I went with Chandler and had some girl time. We were so blessed to find a great salon that was reasonably priced - Mia and Maxx Hair Salon. The new manager cut my hair and we were able to talk about life and our trip. He was such a blessing. Thank you!

    until next time,
