We traveled from Aunt Peggy & Sheldon's house to Henderson, NC. I rode criss-cross applesauce all the way to our hotel. Mom drove. It rained the first half of the way.

Aunt Roz's family is from Hartwell, GA. We crossed over lake Hartwell on our way into SC. In SC, we went passed Clemson University.

Uncle Grady was a cheerleader for Clemson University more than 50 years ago.

... We crossed the creek to the island to see the waterfall, but it was too icy to get down for a good view. Besides, this was not the one we were aiming for. We followed a steep path up the left side of the waterfall and then continued following a faint, overgrown path heading upstream along Courthouse Creek. ... for a day of waterfall hunting. Right at 8, we took a group shot of the entire group before breaking up into smaller groups for the day’s activities.
