Day three of my 10 mile a day training went very well. I think I have found a way to manage my aching feet - arthritis or not. Before I go I drink a cup of ginger tea (purported to ease the pain of arthritis and reduce inflammation), down a couple of ibuprofen and slather me feet with Icy Hot or Capsaicin. I didn't feel a bit of discomfort for the first 2.5 miles, then just a glimmer of it. On the way home, I did the same thing and was able to finish ...

... br> We also saw a lot of “shacks” that had the title “Hotel” on them and I kept thinking to myself who would go to that place for a hotel stay. Turns out the word Hotel was mostly used to indicate a “café” or coffee house. I also wondered who would go there for their food as well. Ha.
