    ... and I went and spent 2 hours in the pool it was lovely. Then I went and had dinner with Tina, Anne, Chris and Casey at the only place nearby, Bluebone Grill. I had grouper with crab and lobster Thermidor sauce, broccoli and zucchini. It was delicious. We shared a bottle of moscato, it was Australian so good. Amazingly I had desert, a key lime pie.     ... and dogs - but no children!

    We were warned about connecting our waste pipe to the sewer without a proper airtight connection - apparently the city sanitation department does vacuum cleaning of the sewers during the night and your pipe can get sucked in, then spat out accompanied by lots of .... waste. Apparently this happened to Robin Williiams in the movie RV

    Our journey continues almost to Florida through 2 other states, Mississippi and sweet home Alabama. Pensacola is nice and has some great beaches. We checked out Perdido Key and Destin. But the later was a bit to touristy for us and not very dog friendly.

    "Sweet home Alabama, big wheels keep on turnin." We decided to "mix it up" on our road trip through the states so chose a rural setting for Alabama. We stayed in Loxley in Baldwin County and our farm wasn't even on google maps! Our host Jerod gave us directions that included such things as turn right when the gravel turns to a dirt road and take a left at the rickety bridge.
