Today was a day to relax and do some household chores. After getting the laundry done, we wandered into town to have a look around. Our first stop was the SeaLife Center. This is Alaska's only public aquarium and ocean wildlife rescue center. The center is a relatively new addition to Seward.

The day dawned drearily, but the trip to Northwestern Glacier was on. We bundled up for the cold, armed with cameras, we boarded the boat for an 11 hour cruise. On our way out of Seward we passed Mt. It was hard to leave Kenai since there was so much more to see and do. However, we had to move on and traveled across the peninsula to Seward. ... but soon it was time to go back. The ride back was a little hard since we were both tired. It was hard to use the paddles on this kayak since Pooh and I have different strokes. Overall, a great trip. We gave our guide a very good tip and headed home. On the way on the small rocky road next to the bay, we stopped for a bit to watch a couple of playful sea otters for 10 min.
