Arrived yesterday afternoon at Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Staying at a campground where our dear friends Robin and Steve Albertson have a permanent site. ... this trip, but I'm glad I did. It has been a wonderful place to chill out for a few days. I haven't done much while I've been here, hiking, napping, knitting, eating. That's pretty much it. I rented a little cabin up in the woods and it has been a great base for exploring the peninsula. Most mornings have started out with my trusty thermal mug of coffee and Addie dancing in the waves at Whitefish Bay State Park.

... stock up on groceries, since I've rented a cabin here in Baileys Harbor, and experienced my second beer room. Yes...beer room (or cave, as the Pic 'n Save called it). The first was yesterday, when I stopped at the gas station to pick up some beer. The cooler was small and didn't have much selection, and then I noticed the double doors leading to the Beer Room. Yes, an entire walk-in cooler devoted to beer. I think I will like it here.
