Lovely Toowoomba! We lived here for 2 years, we got married here at the Japanese Gardens in 1996 and have fond memories of this town. Byron Bay was just beautiful even tho it rained most of the time we where there, mind you being sub tropical it wasn't cold at all. The shops are awesome full of lots of different, quirky and quality things, and then there is a bloody million surf shop i guess you get that in a surfy town. Friday i ventured down to the beach as the surf was pumpin' and the surfers where out by the million, along with plenty of spectators just chillin' on the rocks waiting for some one ...

This is a lovely park to stay very very clean and very friendly staff afternoon tea laid on every Thursday with Scones and Jam and Cream. Staff go out of their way to help.
