The range Holiday park is huge. We are on a spacious site 309. The park is well run very clean with Ground staff who are there to help you if needed. You can fill up here for the same price as in town and get gas. The amenities are more than adequate and the laundry is the best we have seen, with 12 washing machines and 4 driers.

Nice park but it was very wet and we didn't use all of the facilities as a result. Great showers and huge caravan sites. The camp kitchen was excellent and has extra fridge facilities if required.

We have had a great time here, using it as our base in Alice. The only complaint is the noisy school groups that we happened to be camping opposite.

High standard Big 4 park. Personal guidance to site, great amenities. Clean beyond expectations, quiet even with the Finke racers camped there. Very nice place to stay.
Signage on the highway could be improved, we missed it and ended up in town.

Very Expensive but the best in Alice Springs

    Reviewed Oct 18, 2011
by (6 reviews) , Australia Flag of Australia

All the caravan parks in Alice Springs are over priced but very ordinary. This one is even more over priced but is the best park in Alice. They really care for their grounds - they spend a lot of time looking after the grass so that every site has nice green grass and there are lots of trees and shrubs. And the pool is also very well maintained. It was cleaned every day including cleaning out the filters. But the ammenities blocks could use some work and considering the amount you have to pay they could provide shower curtains and paper towel!

    Best Park in N.T

Had heard lots of great things about the park, & it lived up to my expectations. Very clean & tidy park, With large amenities blocks close to most sites. Lots of hot water. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The dessert van located inside the park (winter months), was a real hit. I think nearly all campers, plus some from nearby parks, turned up here for dessert every night. Would definatley stay here again, & would recommend to others.

    15th August
We arrived at Alice Springs on the 13th August and so far have done very little to report very boring to say the least. As we move south the weather is quite cool, particularly in Alice Springs where the nights were extremely cold - down to 0 and -1. The electric blanket and heater were working overtime. Free camped last night and …

Today when I woke up I went to the BMX track. Then after breakfast we went down the street. First we got some photos with the boats for the Henley on Todd Festival. The Todd River does not have any water so they have to drive or run their boats. Then while we were looking in a store the Paride came pass so we went to watch it. The big boats gave …

Today we did about 500km. Today when I got up I packed up my swag and did my homework. Our first stop was at a aboriginal community. There we got some fuel. Their houses are so weird. You look at one and there is dead grass out the front with 4 Land Cruisers, and the other is even worse. Sometimes only one has green grass. Our next stop was for …

Lift Um Foot, Put him back down. Never a truer word was written..

We did the Mereenie Loop today which is an unmade corrugated road. This in itself was no issue, we'd done the Oodnadatta track no probs and taken the camper off road before. The complication was Glen had convinced Brian and Lesley this was an easy road and way shorter than …
