    ... him on our sight seeing tour fortunately he knew the roads that were not blocked and Bob regained his composure as the afternoon progressed albeit still critical of how the "French" do it. I may not have mentioned it before but the accommodation is well above what we might book ourselves but in Quebec they obviously heard that I was accompanying my Father in Laws ...

    ... of drinks and the most amazingly terrible food .. Hotdogs and potato nachos and chicken wings ... Covered in artificial cheese and I don't know what else ... But worth it the once! Relaxing in the lounges and the whole experience was just fantastic ! I loved it .. Overwhelming to be there and see it all. Back home to hotel and a great nights sleep . Will keep you ...

    ... as we see lots of great exhibits including two beautiful beavers who swim right up to me ! Back on the subway in time for drinks and canapes in out beautiful haven and then out on the town to Peel St for a very nice salmon pub meal and Caesars ! Walk around town and back for the best gluten free dessert I've had that they specially fetch for me in our lovely gold lounge ( all complimentary ) great value! The only down side to the day is our waiter ...

    A day in Montreal and the weather was ideal for a guided walk through the new and old.The fortifications are all gone in this city though they are now appreciating the history of past years and restoring old buildings and reinventing a use for them. Some are empty waiting for their turn and we are told they belong to old money families not in a hurry,waiting for the right opportunity. ...

    Like New York, Montreal is an island. The Saint Lawrence and Ottawa River converge here. French is the city's official language although many people speak both French and English. Most signage us in French but most menus in restaurants are written in both French and English.
