The good thing, is that they are very well organized. I was allowed to make calls to Canada and use their computers to research a book a flight right there.
Once booked, I left all the documents in their hands. It was now around 11:30 a.m. and I was to return at 3:30 p.m. to see if they were able to process all the documents and get authorization from Passport Canada to issue my emergency travel document. ...
Today was another early start but this time we had blue skies to greet us and they hung around all day long. That made it just a little bit more chilly but not to worry, we have come from the outlets in New York well equipped. We made our way to Montreal in the morning and got there in the early afternoon. After touring the city we made our way to our hotel and later went out for an evening tour followed by dinner at a steakhouse in the city. Great food and great company yet ...

This applied ...
I flew out of Ottawa at 6:15pm for an excruciatingly long (26 min) flight to Montreal. My trip through security was painless, aside from one man ahead who was not happy about being searched. Once we were able to board the plane I found out that my aisle seat was not what I expected. On the De Havilland Dash 8-100 there are 8 rows of two and two, and I was in a row of 5 at the back. Basically it's a flying city bus.
