A short restorative nap for David, and we were ready to walk around this delightful little town. Its ‘historic downtown’ was filled with interesting shops, and we had a meal on a terrace by the river, enjoying a local beer and a shared taco salad. Yum! And we have found the perfect coffee place for tomorrow morning.

Today we decided to ride up to the historic town of Buena Vista and the little community of Twin Lakes which are the two largest natural lakes in Colorado. One, they aren't really very large and two they aren't twins...one is almost dry. Well, we got to Buena Vista about 11:45 with plans to go downtown and eat lunch.
