Thursday, July 30 Today we rode the motorcycle 8 miles down a dirt road to Tin Cup, a historic little town known for its silver mines back in the old days. It's very small and there's not much there, but it was a fun ride. We were here many years ...
... 2 hours on the river. At about the halfway point we questioned our sanity as we jumped into the 40 degree water just for fun. Then onward we went!
I got the chance to "bull ride," which meant climbing onto the front of the raft, legs hanging over, and holding onto the rope. It was pretty hilarious, especially since it only took me a minute or two before I fell back into the boat.

We climbed about 8,200' over the course of the day, covered the Garden ...
... is a really neat picture where you can seen something in the middle...it's rain.
Oh, and we had a movie type experience that happened so fast we could get a picture. We were driving along next to a berm and a military helicopter rises above the berm with it guns straight on us. Didn't shoot...think Obama just wants to get my attention to stop the FB posts.
Thanks for your patronage and enjoy the pics.
